At eBookDeli, we truly wish you will enjoy everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 3 days to request a refund under the refund guarantee when following conditions are fulfilled.

1. You have contacted us for a refund request within 3 days for the purchased service.

2. You have downloaded a maximum of 3 individual products.

All other cases have to be reviewed by the customer support team, and a decision is made on a case by case basis. To request a refund, please contact the customer support team. Customer support is open Monday to Friday from 08.00 AM - 05.00 PM. We try our very best to guide you and answer your questions within 12 hours on weekdays and we are closed in the weekends.

If a chargeback has been filed, the member will not be entitled to any refund. Any fee charged by the member’s bank will not be refundable. This includes the transaction fees that may be charged by the remitting bank and the receiving bank. Refunds are made within 30 days from date agreed. An administration fee is applicable and will be deducted from the refund. Fees: Admin fee of 29.00€ will be deducted from the refund amount.
